Punishment of the crime

On August 5, 2016, at around 00:45, the Defendant: (a) had the victim D (23) who is an employee in Busan Shipping Daegu B; (b) had the victim D (23) believe that he would be able to pay the food cost despite the absence of an intent to pay the food cost; (c) had immediately been provided with the amount equivalent to KRW 20,00,000, the sum of KRW 13,000,000, the 16,000,000, and did not pay the amount.
