If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2011, the Defendant, at around 23:00, received from the victim of “D” restaurant operated by the victim C located in Busan Northern-gu, but did not have the intent or ability to pay the food value, i.e., obtain the victim’s 1mal and 18,000 won per annum from the victim’s tin, and obtained the property equivalent to the same amount due to the failure to pay the fee.
