1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) The Seoul Central District Court with respect to the land set out in [Attachment 1] paragraphs 1 and 3.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) The Plaintiff Company established on October 26, 193 by Nonparty B for the purpose of farmland improvement business, purchase and sale of land, lease of land, clearing of land, etc., and completed the registration of incorporation on the 28th of the same month.

(2) At the time of the establishment, B performed all of KRW 337,429,784, which is the total value of the Plaintiff Company’s total capital investment.

(3) After that, B was released from the office of representative member of the Plaintiff Company on February 28, 1985, and was disposed of on April 27, 2001. The final adjudication on adjudication of disappearance on August 27, 2002, which became final and conclusive on August 4, 1955, was deemed deceased.

B. On July 31, 1910, the history of the land indicated in the separate sheet No. 1 of this case, the change of administrative district, and details of subdivision (1) B were examined as follows: (a) on July 31, 1910, the mother parcel number of the land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 of this case (hereinafter “each land of this case”; and (b) on an individual basis, the G-gun 3,939 (hereinafter “the mother land of this case”).

(2) Meanwhile, the Gyeonggi-do Gwangju-gun became Seoul E-dong at present through the process of administrative change, such as incorporation into Seoul Metropolitan Government in 1963.

(3) However, the mother land of this case was divided on March 20, 1953 into the 560 square meters before the division, as shown in the separate sheet No. 2, the land of this case was divided into the 560 square meters before the division, and the land of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and the G before the division, and the land of this case was divided into the 109 square meters before the division from the 560 square meters before the division to the 560 square meters before the division.

(4) The F land before subdivision on December 24, 1970 was divided into the land listed in Schedule 1(1) and the land listed in Schedule 1(3) (the instant land). The G land before subdivision was divided into the land listed in Schedule 1(2) and the land listed in Schedule 1(4) (the instant land).

(5) In addition, on June 7, 2006, the land indicated in paragraph (5) of attached Table 1 (56 m2 at that time, 56 m2 and 5 m2 at that time) and attached Table 1.
