1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 15:30 on December 7, 2015 to 16:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) was refused due to the victim D’s orders to provide alcohol to the victim; (b) and (c) the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s explanation to the effect that “I am hys, I am hys, and I am hyshyshyshyshyshyshyshyshyshyshyshyshyshyshyshyshyshys; and (b) tried to get the customer on the restaurant.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

2. 공무집행 방해 피고인은 2015. 12. 7. 15:55 경 위 제 1 항 기재 장소에서, 위 제 1 항 기재와 같은 행위로 인하여 D의 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 대구 북부 경찰서 F 지구대 소속 경위 G으로부터 귀가할 것을 요구 받자 " 내가 내 돈 주고 먹는데 무슨 상관이야, 야 이 경찰관 새끼야" 라는 등 욕설을 하고, 자리에서 일어나 양손으로 목 부위를 잡고 할퀸 후 상의를 잡아 뜯는 등 폭행하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the handling of reports.
