A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

[200 Gohap 1696] On August 2020, the Defendant received money directly from a person who was unaware of his name (one name “H” hereinafter) from a person who was aware of through Internet offer advertisements around August 2020, the Defendant received a proposal to pay KRW 100,000 per case.

In fact, the Defendant ordered H to receive money from a large number of unspecified persons, received money from the said person, and received money from the said person, and subsequently, ordered H to transfer money using another person’s resident registration number known by H to the account in the name of a large number of persons known to H, not financial institutions, or to deliver money to the needy who sent money using another person’s resident registration number. However, the Defendant sent money to the account that H received money from an unspecified large number of unspecified persons and sent money to H, and the fee was collected by means of the instrument.
