Reasons
Judgment on the Grounds for Appeal
A. The summary of the grounds for appeal 1) Although the Defendant alleged a mistake of facts as stated in the facts constituting a crime in the judgment below, the Defendant did not know that he was a child or juvenile (the person born after January 1, 1996) because he did not know of the fact that he was a child or juvenile since he did not know of the fact that he was a child or juvenile (the fact that she was born after January 1, 1996) since he was not aware of the fact that L was an application for re-issuance of his resident registration certificate but did not have a temporary resident registration certificate when L was lost and applied for re-issuance.

B. In light of the legislative purpose of the Juvenile Protection Act, Defendant B’s assertion of misunderstanding of facts, etc., the proprietor of a business establishment harmful to juveniles, such as entertainment tavern, has a very strict responsibility for not employing juveniles at the business establishment in order to protect juveniles. Therefore, in a case where the proprietor of an entertainment drinking club employs employees at the relevant entertainment business establishment, he/she must verify the subject’s age based on his/her resident registration certificate or evidence with public probative value of age to the same degree. If there is doubt that the subject is different from his/her resident registration certificate, the juvenile’s identity and age is concealed, and his/her employment is reduced in light of the employment situation of a business establishment with a lot of entertainment business, etc., in light of the fact that the subject is vulnerable to the employment situation of a business establishment with a lot of entertainment business, the owner of an entertainment drinking club is engaged in a business with a picture and real property on his/her resident
