A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant killed his parents and did not have a certain occupation, intrudes on the side house of his parents who do not have living expenses, steals valuables, and has taken them into mind for using them as living expenses.
1. Between 14:00 and 15:00 around the end of April 2014, the Defendant intruded into the victim C through the front door door door of the victim C located in Busan-gun, and discovered the release on bail owned by the victim located in the small clothes, but did not commit an attempted crime by itself.
2. The Defendant, from around 14:00 to around 15:00 on May 2014, 201, intruded into the victim C’s house through windows at the places specified in paragraph (1), and, on bail inside a small clothes, took one 18 km away from the market price owned by the victim and stolen the victim’s market price.
3. From around 14:00 to 15:00 on May 2014, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the victim’s house through windows at the places specified in paragraph (1); (b) 18 knives of the market price owned by the victim (including one 18 knives for the prevention of children’s unclaimed) and stolen the victim’s 18 knives with 18 knives of the market price, one 18 knives of the children, and one 18 knives of the knives.
4. From around 14:00 to around 15:00 on August 15, 2014, the Defendant intruded into the victim D’s house through windows at the places specified in paragraph (1) and stolen the victim’s market price with 18 km in the U.S. market price.
5. From around 18:00 to around 15:00 on August 18, 2014, the Defendant intruded into the victim D’s house through windows at the places specified in paragraph (1) and stolen the victim’s market price with 18km 18km in the U.S. market price.
6. On September 13, 2014, at around 13:30 on September 13, 2014, the Defendant intruded into the victim D’s house through windows at the places indicated in paragraph (1), and attempted to commit theft with a swine storage amounting to 11,320 won per annum owned by the victim located adjacent to small TV. However, the Defendant attempted to commit theft.
