Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2010, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul Central District Court to four years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (Larceny) and completed the execution of the sentence in Gangnam Prison on September 21, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On October 3, 2015, between October 16, 2015 and 23:30 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) stolen property from the victim D’s house in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City (Seoul Seocho-gu Multi-household 202; (b) intrudes the victim’s house into the house through the rainwater sewage pipe, and intrudes into the victim’s house; and (c) opened crepits without the victim and embarked articles, but did not discover stolen articles.

At night, around 18:05 on December 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a beer window at the victim’s house located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E building 101 and intruded up to the inside; (b) took part in the victim’s house, the Defendant: (c) took part in the victim’s house located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E building 101; (d) took part in the marriage of 18K at 1,500,000,000 won at the market price; (d) 1,20,000,000 won at the market price; (e) 1, 18K Bag (products in Hong Kong); (e) 1,8 K Bag and 1,50,000 won at the market price; and (e) 1,000,000 won at the market price; and (e) 1,70,000 won at the market price;

On April 9, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment by the Seoul Central District Court due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (thief). On September 21, 2013, on September 21, 2013, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence.
