A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:22 on August 30, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face at a time when the victim’s taxi in front of 105-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si as a matter of taxi rate.

2. The obstruction of performance of official duties, the Defendant: (a) around 00:30 the same day; (b) around the same day; and (c) around 10:30, the same day; (d) the police box of the Gwangju East Police Station C commander of the same Police Station; and (d) the police box of the Gwangju East Police Station, which was dispatched after receiving a report at the same place, avoided the Defendant’s assault; and (d) the Defendant inflicted bodily injury, such as the flachiing of the flachis, flachising of the flachis

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties by police officers' criminal investigation and at the same time injured the victim E.
