1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,913,570 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 16, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Since there is no dispute between the parties that the amount payable out of the price of goods supplied by the Plaintiff to the Defendant from April 2014 is 22,913,570 won, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 22,913,570 won and the amount equivalent to 20% per annum from October 16, 2014 to the day of complete payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
