1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 187,319,770 as well as 20% per annum from October 24, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. From March 2013 to January 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) supplied the Defendant with the iron bars of KRW 418,028,930 (including value-added tax); and (b) the Defendant paid KRW 230,709,160 among them.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of KRW 187,319,770 (i.e., KRW 418,028,930 - KRW 230,709,160) and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 24, 2014 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.
2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (a judgment on whether to be deemed as a foreigner);
