Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 12, 2015, at around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) went into the house of the victim D, Hadong-gun C, Hanam-gun, and had not been corrected for temporary use without the victim’s consent; and (b) went into the house and intruded the victim’s residence.

2.
