1. 2. Crimes committed on June 27, 2016;

A. On June 27, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) reported that a key is posted to HO2, a market price equivalent to KRW 1,500,000, which was the victim’s possession, parked in the house of the victim G, which was located in the Namnam City F; and (b) used it, the Defendant stolen the said O2, by driving a vehicle at the start.

B. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) Defendant 1 driven the above HObaba in a section of about 58 km from the house of the above G to the parking lot located in the public health clinic, from the house of the above G to the 141 robaba, without obtaining a license for a bicycle for a light-wise motor device like the above paragraph (a).

3. Crimes committed on July 9, 2016;

A. On July 9, 2016, around 00:10, the Defendant: (a) deemed that the victim was parked in front of his/her office in the autonomous crime prevention zone at Bodog-ro 915, Bodog-ro, Bodog, Bodog-ro, Bodog-si; (b) on the part of his/her owner of the autonomous crime prevention zone, the Defendant: (c) viewed that the key is posted inside I.S. 2 million won; and (d) driven the vehicle while driving the vehicle at the time of using it.
