Punishment of the crime

On October 1, 2015, around 23:30, the Defendant driven B X-ex motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.168% in a distance of about 300 meters from the 300-meter radius to the roads adjacent to the present elementary school located in the same Dong-gu, Nam-gu, Busan.
