A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A was born on April 13, 2016 from the 20th National Assembly member election conducted on April 13, 2016 as a candidate for H political party (hereinafter “H political party”) in the G constituency.

Accordingly, the defendant published false facts about the defendant's career for the purpose of winning the election.
