The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The defendant, in collusion with G, H, I, J, K, L, M, etc., requires the first consumer of the E-Seoul Headquarters in the second floor of the building in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to purchase one-day education or O under the responsibility of the head of the local headquarters or the head of the center at the 35 regional office of education or the head of the center, which is conducted by the E, one-day education or O-day education provided under the responsibility of the head of the regional headquarters or the head of the center. The defendant joined the above company as the lowest salesperson of the above company on condition that he/she receives one-day education for 2-day education for new consumers at the 35 regional office of education or center of the E, which is conducted by the above company.
