1. For the plaintiffs:
A. Defendant P shall conduct an appraisal on the ground of the land listed in the attached Table 1 List 2.
Reasons
1. The facts following the facts of recognition do not conflict between the parties, or may be found by the statements in Gap evidence 1, 3, and 4.

Of the land listed in paragraph (1) of the list (hereinafter “PP”) and the land listed in paragraph (2) of the attached Table (hereinafter “PP”), Plaintiff A owns 2/28 shares, Plaintiff B’s shares, Plaintiff C’s shares, Plaintiff D 1/28 shares, Plaintiff D 2/28 shares, Plaintiff E’s shares, Plaintiff E 2/28 shares, Plaintiff F 2/28 shares, Plaintiff F 2/28 shares, Plaintiff H 2/28 shares, Plaintiff H 2/28 shares, Plaintiff H 2/28 shares, Plaintiff C 2/28 shares, Plaintiff K 2/28 shares, Plaintiff K 2/28 shares, Plaintiff N 2/28 shares, Plaintiff N 2/28 shares, Plaintiff N 2/28 shares, Plaintiff N 2/28 shares, and Plaintiff P 2/28 shares, respectively.
(b) Defendant P shall carry out the attached table 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 1 of the land on the ground (hereinafter referred to as “(a) building”) and the attached table 1 and the result of surveying on the actual status of the land on the ground (hereinafter referred to as “building”) are 6,7,8,9,10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 15 and 6; 34 square meters [limited to 3.0 square meters] of the land on the ground; 3.0 square meters [limited to 3.0 square meters] of the land on the ground; 3.0 square meters [limited to 3.0 square meters] of the land on the ground; 2.3 square meters of the land on the attached table 1 and the results of surveying on the actual status of the land on the ground; 3.04 square meters [limited to 2.064 square meters] of the land on the ground on the attached table 21, 213.21.21.2.
