A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On September 20, 2013, the Defendant sent a false statement to the victim E, stating that “If you send KRW 200,000,00 to the victim, you will send a smartphone, you will sell 20,000 won of S3 smartphones in gallon city to 430,000 won.”
