A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person shall possess any obscene material in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, knowing that such material is a child or juvenile pornography;

Nevertheless, around January 2018, the Defendant purchased a total of 725 obscene materials from KRW 60,000-70 to KRW 70,000,00 as indicated in the attached list of crimes, such as pictures and videos, taken by a female, a juvenile, who was aware of the Defendant’s residence in Cheongyang-gun B, such as the Internet C Cafbook, E, etc., and appeared in the form of a uniform, and possessed them by storing them in the computer and the outer dump until March 2019.

2. No person who violates the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (production, distribution, etc. of obscene materials) shall sell, lend, distribute or provide any child or juvenile pornography for profit;

Nevertheless, at the above residence around January 2, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 from a person under whose name the Defendant reported the sales of child and juvenile pornography, such as “self-owned (self-owned video) books,” and “video sales,” which he posted on the Internet CKapet “D,” to a post office account (G) in the name of the Defendant’s mother-friendly mother, and distributed the child and juvenile pornography in possession as described in paragraph (1) from around that time to December 7, 2018, and then sold the child and juvenile pornography for profit.
