A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Around April 14, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Distribution of obscenity) up to April 23:08, 2012: (a) was produced by putting in mind the state of sexual intercourse, similarity, conspiracy, etc. with the female scambling female scambling at “D” in Busan-gu, Busan-gu; and (b) was made by putting in mind the obscene video that scaming sexual intercourse, similar sexual intercourse, etc., without being exposed in fact through the process of formal scambling, with the title “D’s sexual intercourse, so that scambling, etc., can be seen as children or juveniles’ sexual intercourse, such as child or juveniles’ sexual intercourse.”
Accordingly, the Defendant distributed and openly displayed child and juvenile pornography for profit-making purposes.

(obscenity distribution) was committed against the Defendant, on the following occasions: (a) around July 19, 201:49, by attaching the title “for example, sexual intercourse, similar sexual intercourse, etc., in which sexual intercourse is forced to have been reproduced” to “for example, sexual intercourse and sexual intercourse, etc., with the title “for example, it is forced to have been reproduced.”
