1. Details of the disposition;

A. On April 18, 2015, the Plaintiff is a Korean national who entered the Republic of Korea as a short-term comprehensive (C-3-1) qualification and applied for refugee status, and whose status of stay has been changed to that of refugee applicants (G-1-5) on May 28, 2015.

B. On November 24, 2015, the Plaintiff received a disposition of suspension of indictment on the following grounds from the prosecutor’s office of the Seoul Western District Prosecutors’ Office on the charge of indecent acts by compulsion:
