Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who resides in Asan-si B and is engaged in livestock farming in the vicinity of his/her residence. On November 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) performed only cutting of trees in accordance with the permission for cutting trees for the purpose of afforestation at night trees from the Amsan-si to the Amsan-si Si with the permission for the purpose of planting trees; and (b) performed forest management as forest land by planting night tree seedlings; (c) however, the Defendant determined that he/she would cut feed crops in the surplus space of the said forest and manage them as forest land by cutting the mil cows that was raised in the vicinity of his/her residence; and (d) reduced expenses for using milbage and feed farming that were raised in his/her place of residence by cutting down 1 , spacl around February 20, 2013, which were growing in the said forest and field; and (e) performed 97,548 square meters of standing trees, etc., and performed seed cutting work for approximately 2,548 square meters of the forest and suffered damages without due process.
