A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In a forest conservation zone, felling standing timber, etc. shall not be conducted without permission from the competent Mayor/Do Governor or the head of the competent regional forest office, felling standing timber, etc. in a forest without permission from the head of the competent Si/Gun/Gu or the head of the competent regional forest office, and shall not be conducted

On May 2014, the Defendant: (a) cut 117 gress from Asan-si E, a forest or forest conservation zone; and (b) cut 117 gress from night trees without permission from the Mayor/Do Governor, etc.; and (c) opened roads to remove night trees, as above, without permission for conversion of a mountainous district, on approximately 2,206 mressing area in the above E and about 153 mress from F located adjacent thereto; and (d) opened roads to remove night trees, as above, without permission for conversion of a mountainous district.
