From around March 17, 2010 to March 17, 2013, the Defendant used the name similar to that of a licensed real estate agent under the name named “D Licensed Real Estate Agent A” even if the D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Office is not a licensed real estate agent.
