Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 06:27, at the 3rd seat in the “CPC room” located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu B and the 1st underground floor, the victim D (the age of 26) who carried a game was put in the string of the strings of the strings; (b) the cash amounting to 22,000 won on the table of the victim’s strings; (c) a new card; and (d) a new string card, a new string card.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim.
