Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 07:43 on November 19, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driving at approximately 0.089% of the blood alcohol concentration from a point in the U.S. located in the Geumdong-dong-si to the street in front of the Gangnam-dong-dong-dong, and driven B Costasch Rexn vehicle at approximately 2km.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, even though he was prohibited from operating a road on the part of a motor vehicle without mandatory insurance, would operate the said motor vehicle at the same time and place as above.
