Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around 14:20 on May 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s face at Dinindo operated by the victim C (the 53-year-old and female) located under the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Underground; (b) expressed the victim’s desire to “Pindo, whether the victim was punished by a large amount of money, or not the victim did so”; and (c) expressed the victim’s husband E, who continued to listen to the sound, expressed the victim’s desire to read “Pindo, she saw it, she will do,” and the victim’s husband E, who was in the said place, failed to perform his/her duties, such as dindo, when he/she was frightd, and the victim did not perform his/her duties, thereby hindering the victim’s business by force over about 20 minutes.
