Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 17:40 on September 29, 2016, the Defendant parked a cargo vehicle of 1 ton of C in front of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jongno-gu, and made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by covering the front number plate of the above vehicle with the water network in order to avoid the crackdown on spirits.
