A is the representative director of corporation B, and the defendant corporation B is the company that provides the service of dialogue with women by receiving information usage fees of 290 won per 30 seconds when they walk on the phone with 060 telephone numbers assigned to that company by many and unspecified persons.

According to the notification of the Juvenile Protection Act and the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, telephone numbers of services mediating voice dialogue between unspecified users or between unspecified users and their employees for profit-making purposes (phone hostings, telephone rooms, video viewing rooms, video viewing rooms, etc.) are designated as media products harmful to juveniles. Accordingly, 060 telephone numbers provided by Company B are media products harmful to juveniles.
