Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives B rocketing another car.

1. On February 4, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven the said vehicle as his/her duties under the influence of alcohol, and driven the said vehicle at a speed of about 30 to 40 kilometers per hour on the side of the four-lane distance from which the four-lane distance prior to the death is cut off, as he/she would be 1569, as he/she would be punished by the Seogu-gu Franchi, Seogu, and the four-lane distance prior to the death.
