A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 21, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1 million for the same crime in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon on May 6, 201, as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving of Drinking) at the Seoul Central District Court on February 21, 2007, and a fine of KRW 1 million for the same crime.

2. On March 5, 2017, the Defendant, as described in paragraph 1 of around 00:40 on March 5, 2017, was under the influence of alcohol, was driving along the five-lane road in the direction of the four-lane distance prior to death in Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, while driving the said van.
