Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On April 26, 2013, at around 01:16, the Defendant: (a) reported that the passengers aboard the taxi did not pay a fee; and (b) the Defendant used violence, such as “packer and bucking,” during the police box for the police box of the Busan High Police Station C police station, which called “packer and bucker,” during the course of soliciting them to pay a fee and return home to the taxi; and (c) obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties by using force.
