Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 2013, the Defendant sent to the Defendant’s home located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government text messages using the Defendant’s mobile phone to the victim E (n.e., 20 years of age)’s mobile phone, such as “the chest fry,” and “the chest fry, fry,” using the Defendant’s mobile phone text messages.

As a result, the Defendant reached the victim with a view to meeting his sexual desire, which may cause sexual humiliation or aversion through a communication medium.

2. On October 17, 2013, at the above Defendant’s office, the Defendant sent to the victim’s cell phone text messages using the Defendant’s cell phone using the same method as above, such as “Kakakao Stockholm 1,50,000”, “20,000,0000,000,” and “a condition attached”.

As a result, the Defendant reached the victim with a view to meeting his sexual desire, which may cause sexual humiliation or aversion through a communication medium.

3. On November 8, 2013, at the above Defendant’s office, at around 15:48, the Defendant sent to the victim’s cell phone text messages using the Defendant’s cell phone in the foregoing manner, such as “the victim’s cell phone at KRW 200,00,00” and “Irri”.

As a result, the Defendant reached the victim with a view to meeting his sexual desire, which may cause sexual humiliation or aversion through a communication medium.

4. On December 13, 2013, at the above Defendant’s office, the Defendant sent to the victim’s cell phone text messages using the Defendant’s cell phone by using the Defendant’s cell phone in the foregoing manner, such as “ Kakaokao Stockholm,” and “in the left in the womb,” respectively.

By doing so, the Defendant has reached the victim with a view to meeting his sexual desire.
