Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 20, 2015, at around 15:07, the Defendant discovered that a female victim was the above-mentioned female victim in E Station E Station E in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, operated the camera function of the mobile phone, and taken the body part of the victim’s victim’s body that may cause a sense of sexual shame by inserting the cell phone into the victim’s body part under the part of the victim’s body and inserting the cell phone into the victim’s body part under the part of the victim’s body part, which might cause a sense of sexual shame, against the female’s will.

2. On September 13, 2015, at around 14:00, the Defendant discovered that a person who has suffered a female loss due to his/her name in the G station railroad located in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, was in front of the victim, and in such a manner as above, taken the body part of the victim, which could cause a sense of sexual shame by photographing the body part of the victim’s body, and caused a sense of sexual humiliation against his/her will.

On October 2, 2015, at around 14:38, the Defendant discovered that a female victim under his/her name was earlier a female victim in the I Station located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, and in such a manner as above, taken the body part of the victim, which could cause a sense of sexual shame, and taken against his/her female will.

4. On October 21, 2015, around 20:35, the Defendant found out that the Defendant was upboarded from K K 2: K 2:35, the victim L (n, n, e.g.) and the victim L (n, n, e.g.). The Defendant attempted to take the body part of the victim’s body located in the body part of the victim, which may cause a sense of sexual shame by the said method, against his/her will, but the cell phone was discovered by contacting the victim’s bucks. However, the Defendant attempted to take the body part of the victim’s body that may cause a sense of sexual humiliation.
