1. Defendant B:

(a) remove the buildings listed in Annex 2;

(b) Appendix 1.

Basic Facts

On January 26, 1978, the Plaintiff and Defendant B related Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the land listed in attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”).

On June 25, 1994, Defendant B, the Plaintiff’s grandchildren, built a building listed in attached Table 2 (hereinafter “instant building”) on the instant land, and completed registration of preservation of ownership on December 18, 2013.

Defendant B’s lease agreement leased to Defendant C, D, E, F, G, and H (hereinafter “the remaining Defendants of this case”) each of the stores indicated in the “leased” column under the table below among the instant buildings (hereinafter “instant stores”). The remaining Defendants of this case occupy the instant stores as of the closing date of pleadings.

From among the buildings in this case, Defendant C, one of the tenants, the part stores (No. 102) in the ship (No. 66m2) connected with each point of the attached Form No. 2, 3, 6, 7, and 2 (No. 102) among the buildings in this case, is the “store No. 102”.

2. Of the instant building, Defendant D’s stores (No. 101) with the part of the ship (No. 101) 49m2 connected each point of the attached Form No. 3, 4, 5, 6, and 3 with the order of priority indicated in the attached Form No. 3, 4, 3

3. Of the instant building, Defendant E’s stores with part D (104) of 33 square meters or less inboard connected each point of 8, 9, 14, 15, and 8 in sequence with the indication of the attached drawing among the buildings of this case (hereinafter “instant 104 square meters”).

4. Of the instant buildings in Defendant F, Defendant G, Defendant F: (a) stores (No. 105) with the part inside the ship (No. 130 square meters) connected with each point of the attached Form No. 9, 10, 13, 14, and 9 in sequence; and (b) “No. 105 square meters”

5. Of the instant buildings, Defendant H’s stores (No. 106) with part of 33m2 square meters or less connected each point of 10, 11, 12, 13, and 10 in sequence, among the items indicated in the separate sheet No. 10, 11, 12, 13, and 10
