Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 23, 2013, the Defendant discovered a female student from the front side of the Talan Elementary School located in 165-2, 17:00 Suwon-si, 165-2, who was unable to know his/her name, and then put him/her into his/her seat, thereby engaging in an obscene act openly by using a scambling and scaming method.
