Defendants shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, only 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2014, Defendant A emphasized the front part of the bridge of the victim’s name in a non-fluored passenger bus with a Handphone in a non-fluoric city bus number not exceeding Gwangju (hereinafter referred to as “Seoul”) and taken one copy of the bridge. On July 29, 2014, around 00:19, Defendant A sent a notice on the Internet camera of the victim’s name and non-fluor who was sexual satisfaction to the “C”, and posted it on six occasions in total from the business to August 2014, as shown in the list of crimes (1) of the victim’s name and non-fluor, and posted it on the above camera.

Accordingly, the Defendant took photographs of another person's body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will, and distributed them.

2. On May 13, 2015, Defendant B, at the bus stops located in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, focusing on the part of the bridge of the victim’s name and the non-fluored victim’s name, who entered the Handphone, and took two pages. On May 14, 2015, Defendant B, at around 11:56, posted the string on the Internet camera of the victim’s name, who would be sexual satisfaction, to “C” as well as to post the string to the victim’s Internet camera, i.e., the victim’s name, the bridge, the chest part, etc., as shown in the list of crimes (2) from the 2015 to the 16th day of July 16, 2015.

Accordingly, the Defendant took photographs of another person's body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will, and distributed them.
