Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a representative director of D Co., Ltd., and Defendant B is an employee of the above company.
1. On March 2, 2014, Defendant A made a false safety certificate in the name of the president of the Industrial Safety Association of the Korea Industrial Safety Association for the above accusation work units to deliver ten units of the accusation work units to Mayang Electrical Co., Ltd. at the office of D Co., Ltd. located in Mayang-si, Namyang-si, and instructed B to deliver the safety certificate to Mayang Electricity Co., Ltd., and had B write down the safety certificate and use it to the Mayang Electricity Co., Ltd.
Accordingly, B entered 10 copies of the safety certificate under the name of the president of the Korea Industrial Safety Association as described in paragraph (2) below, and sent 10 copies of the safety certificate to G, an employee of the Korea Industrial Safety Association, who knows the fact by using “F”, respectively.
As a result, for the purpose of hindering the management of affairs by B, the Defendant 10 copies of the safety certificate in the name of the president of the Industrial Safety Association of Korea with respect to the certification of facts as shown in the attached list of crimes, and 10 copies of the written safety certificate that was forged by using “F” to transmit 10 copies of the written safety certificate to G, who is an employee of the Yangyang Electric Co., Ltd., the fact
2. Defendant B
A. On March 2, 2014, the Defendant, at the D Co., Ltd. office located in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, the Defendant entered the safety certificate for the D Co., Ltd., in the name of the president of the Korea Industrial Safety Association (main) in the name of the president of the Korea Industrial Safety Association, and entered the registration certificate for the D Co., Ltd. on the D Co., Ltd. in the name of the company and entered the serial number into file using the computer wave points program in the serial number portion using the computer wave points program, and entered the record in the name of the company “D Co., Ltd., Ltd.,” in the name of the company in Gyeonggi-do, “Y4626”, “SJ46” in the form, “SJ439”, “7.9m and 386kg” in the capacity and grade column, and “I” in the certification number column.
