A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person driving a two-wheeled vehicle with no number plate 124 c).

On October 15, 2013, at around 15:15, the Defendant driven the said two-wheeled vehicle on a motorway that is prohibited from passing approximately seven kilometers from the Yangcheon-dong 156, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul to the 42-2 new road to the front road of the new road following the new road.

2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall remove at will an automobile registration number plate and seal; and

Nevertheless, around October 2013, the defendant was detached of "C" number plates attached to his/her two-wheeled automobile at his/her own discretion at the parking lot for the building B in the Suwon-si District.

3. The Defendant illegally used air defense, at the same time, at a place as in the foregoing paragraph 2, attached the “C” number plate for the purpose of exercising, by means of fixing it on a two-wheeled automobile, which has no number plate owned by himself.

4. At around 15:15 on October 7, 2013, the Defendant of an illegal-use air defense event: (a) driven a two-wheeled vehicle with the “C” number plate at his discretion, as set out in the foregoing paragraph (3), from the pulpy road located in Gyeyang-dong 156, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to the new road located in the same new-road 42-2, Dong-dong 42-2.

5. The defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall not be allowed to operate an automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance, as a holder of a two-wheeled automobile with no number plate 124cc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated a two-wheeled automobile, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the time, at the same time and place as the above 4.
