A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around the office of “C” in front of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, around December 12:0, 2016; (b) had not attached a two-wheeled automobile number plate to S Q250 two-wheeled automobile (H) that he received from the Defendant on the pretext of water repayment; (c) had a number plate attached to a two-wheeled automobile owned by him, and attached the above number plate to S Q250 two-wheeled automobile, which was removed from the pent250, by using a pent and drick to remove the “E” number plate attached to the two-wheeled automobile; and (d) around that time, the Defendant operated a two-wheeled automobile from S Q250, which was affixed a number plate by December 13:30, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant used the symbols of public officials or public offices for the purpose of exercising them, and used them illegally.

2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall forge, alter, or unlawfully use a license plate of two-wheeled motor vehicle;

On December 1, 2016, as indicated in the above paragraph (1) above, the Defendant: (a) removed “E” number plates attached to a two-wheeled automobile owned by the Defendant from pent and drber; (b) attached the above number plates to S Q250 two-wheeled automobile, which was received from the above Buddhist injury; and (c) operated S Q250 two-wheeled automobile with the “E” number plates attached from around that time to December 13:30, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant used a two-wheeled automobile number plate unlawfully.

3. On December 4, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving the S Q250 Two-wheeled Automobile (Motor Vehicle : D) not registered in the section of about 10km from the front day of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Cheongcheon-ro, 400, without a motor motor device bicycle driver’s license on December 13:29, 2016.

4. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

The Defendant subscribed to mandatory insurance between December 1, 2016 and December 4, 2016, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1).
