Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who worked from January 5, 2017 to May 2017 as a shuttle bus driver from B.

1. Defamation;

A. On March 2017, the Defendant: (a) was in the D calendar bus waiting in C around March 2017; (b) did not have any fact that the victim E either was in in in an influorial relationship with a workplace commercial or in an attempt to wear a safety level sign; (c) was the victim while the victim F, who is a workplace club, was heard; (d) “E, Chewing, G, and sleep, as in the same Incheon,” and (e) “E,” and (e) was written to the effect that the victim E was aboard the vehicle in the same year.

The term "the victim has committed", and thus, the honor of the victim was damaged by openly pointing out false facts.

B. On March 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) between H building at D and I on the road between H building at D and I on the road; (b) the victim would purchase a boomed rice to the Defendant.

There is no fact that the defendant had frequently contacted at the latest time and requested private met and appealed to the commercial officer, but it refers to the victim from the J and K's hearing, who is a workplace club fee, and "E, the same year was bbrued, first, so that the G's hall was brued, and so on.

By stating that the three years of birth is the same year, the honor of the victim was damaged by openly pointing out false facts.

2. The Defendant refers to the victims of insultd D’s bus waiting at around 15:00 on April 12, 2017, and refers to the victims from among the victim’s hearing in K and L, a workplace volunteer, and L, and “E”.

The term “the same year as C and E” was “the same year,” and the victim was openly insulting.
