A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The evidence of seizure Nos. 1 to 3 shall be seized to the injured party C.

Criminal facts

On January 5, 2006, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for the crime of larceny and intrusion upon structure at the Incheon District Court, and on January 5, 2005, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for ten months for the crime of intrusion upon structure. On December 13, 2003, the court was sentenced to a fine of one hundred and fifty thousand won for the crime of larceny and intrusion upon structure. On April 1, 1996, the Suwon District Court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of eight months for the crime of attempted larceny. On March 18, 1992, the defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for larceny.

The Defendant was relatively small near Incheon City and Gyeonggi-do, and was able to steal other people's things by intrusioning on the factory office where surveillance was neglected.
