Punishment of the crime
When the Defendant operates C Co., Ltd. for the purpose of distributing and selling general households and beds, the Defendant received a lecture line from the said victim by having the victim E (Nam and fifty-four years of age) who operates D from Jun. 2012, the victim E (E), who is the business partner to whom C(E) is supplied with a finished product for the tring lease, directly supply the tring line, which is a raw material for the tring, to F.
1. Forgery of securities;
A. On July 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) signed a forged name tag on the back of the Promissory Notes amounting to KRW 70,000,000 at the place of payment on July 30, 2013, the date of issuance of C (State) issuance on July 26, 2013, the Defendant, without authority, signed a forged name tag, which was read “real estate for the K Rental Business in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on HI building,” and forged the endorsement under the name of J, which was written in the name of J as to the rights and obligations of securities holders, with the intention of exercising the right and obligations of a promissorysory note forged.
B.
