A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 5, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on September 13, 2013, for the following reasons: (a) at night in the port branch of the Daegu District Court on September 5, 2013; and (b) at night in death, theft, etc.; and (c)

1. From June 11, 2013 to June 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered the entrance password of the entrance, which he/she came to know while working as a broker assistant for the real estate office located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, and then intrudes into the studio, and used a 21-person LED television 1 unit and a ricom 1 unit, which is the market price of the above victim’s ownership at the said location, from that point to that of the during the same month, and stolen the property of the sum of KRW 920,00,000,000 at the market price every three times as described in paragraphs (1) through (3) of the attached Table of Crimes (hereinafter referred to as “D”).

2. At night, around 01:34, June 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered the password that he/she had become aware of while working as a real estate brokerage assistant for the victim F in North Korea-gu, North Korea-gu, at night; (b) invaded into the studio, and used one television television and electronic equipment TV, and one cut-off at the market price of the said F-owned at that place; (c) from that time until the 27th day of the same month, the Defendant stolen the property worth KRW 2.7 million in total at nine times in total, as described in paragraphs (4) through (12) of the attached list of crimes committed in the following manner.
