A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

All applications filed by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a member of the criminal organization of telephone financial fraud (one-time “Sing”), was a member of the victim organization, who is unable to know the name of the Defendant and other members of the Mediation Agency, called the Defendant to many unspecified victims in Korea, and opened a large passbook in the name of the victim to commit a crime by misrepresenting the identity of the prosecutor or prosecutory investigator, and thus, it was used in the name of the victim to protect the deposit in another account of the victim, and thus, the Defendant transferred the deposit to one account by deceiving the victim through the victim, and then came to know the account number, password, and security card number, etc. of the account through the Internet banking using the above information.
