1. Basic facts

나. J병원에서의 치료 경위 1) 망인은 2009. 8. 15.경 전날부터의 발열, 설사, 전신근육통, 복통, 구역감 등을 호소하며 J병원 응급실에 내원하여, 다음 날 00:05경 위 병원에 입원하였는데, 입원시 실시한 혈액검사결과 BUN은 27mg /㎗(참고치 6~23), Creatinine은 3.4mg /㎗(참고치 0.6~1.2)이었고, 혈압은 110/60mmHg(이하에서는 단위를 생략한다

)이었다. 이에 J병원의 의료진은 망인의 위와 같은 증상과 5~6년 전 장염으로 입원한 과거력 등을 고려하여 급성 위장염(acute gastroenteritis), 급성 신부전(Acute Renal Failure) 의증으로 진단하고 망인에게 수액투여 등의 처치를 실시하였다. 2) J병원의 의료진은 2009. 8. 17. 망인에게 복부초음파 검사를 실시하였으나 간신장에 이상소견은 관찰되지 않았으며, 혈액검사결과 BUN은 25mg /㎗(참고치 6~23), Creatinine은 3.2mg /㎗(참고치 0.6~1.2)였다.
