Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is a legal entity that establishes and operates the Gangseo-dong University Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”). The Plaintiff A’s spouse of the deceased H (hereinafter “the deceased”) and the rest of the Plaintiffs are the deceased’s children.
B. On April 14, 2015, the Deceased was sleeped around 02:27 on April 14, 2015, and was transferred to the emergency room of the Defendant Hospital.
