Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 4, 2016, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol with the denied victim C in the Gu B and the 1st floor of the city of Ansan on Sep. 21, 2016, was asked to open the left shoulder of C while drinking alcohol with the denied victim C, and was assaulted by putting the head debt on several occasions.
