Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 4, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at around 09:04, around April 4, 2017, in order to verify whether the repair of singing machines in the center for older persons E (e.g., 75 years of age) who had frequently been in the center for older persons was proper for appraisal due to frequent time in the entrance inside the entrance inside the center for older persons located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, while the Defendant committed the crime at around 09:04, around April 4, 2017, the Defendant discarded singing singing machines in the center for older persons (e.g., throwing away the sing machines in the center for older persons).
