The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On June 13, 2016, the summary of the facts charged, the Defendant, within the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2 and 2 singing room, and after receiving a report at the main place, sent out by the Defendant, asked the Defendant to ask the victim E (45 years old) of the police officer affiliated with the Seoul Gangseo Police Station D police station D police station, Seoul, and asked the Defendant of the particulars of the report. While the Defendant’s employees are kept in order, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by “this singing, singing-up, and the Defendant’s singinging to the police officer.”
